Shipping
Where we deliver, what shipping costs, and when your order is sent.
Destination and charges
Mareamea currently ships only to valid addresses in the Netherlands. The fixed standard shipping charge is €5 per order. Free local delivery in Haarlem (postcodes 2000–2037) is available when you enter a Haarlem address in the cart and Stripe Checkout confirms the same delivery address. Pickup is not offered at this time.
Processing time
- In stock: normally shipped on the next business day.
- Made to order: normally ready for shipment within 5–10 business days.
- Mixed order: the entire order ships together using the longest processing time shown.
The product page and cart show which lead time applies before payment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Dutch public holidays.
Delivery and delays
Processing time is the period before handover to the carrier and is not the same as delivery time. Once tracking information is available, we share it using the order email address. If an unexpected delay occurs, we will contact you. Your statutory rights for late delivery still apply.
Address check and damage
Check the delivery address in Stripe Checkout. Email a correction before shipment to marina@mareamea.com. If the packaging or contents arrived damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos; we will resolve a defective delivery without return costs for you.
